Catherine R. Jasper is Of Counsel at KBY Law. She is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on employment law, including harassment, discrimination, disability, and wage and hour claims. Ms. Jasper also litigates trade secret, real estate, and business matters in state and federal court. She has tried numerous cases to verdict, and has been published on appeal. Ms. Jasper has obtained early dismissal of numerous cases by successfully prosecuting summary judgment and anti-SLAPP motions which have been upheld on appeal.
Ms. Jasper also has extensive experience dealing with disputes among limited partners and members of limited liability companies.
