Yeun C. Yim is an Associate at Klatte, Budensiek & Young-Agriesti, LLP. Her practice involves closely partnering with her employer clients in defending claims and providing counsel in all areas of employment law, including harassment, workplace discrimination, terminations, employment agreements, leaves of absence, wage and hour issues, trade secrets, unfair competition, accommodating disabilities, and employment policies and procedures.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Yim served as an Associate at the Orange County office of Tressler LLP, focusing her practice on insurance coverage disputes where she gained significant experience litigating complex matters involving claims for contribution, reimbursement, and declaratory relief. In addition, Ms. Yim has counseled insurance clients on compliance with regulatory guidelines, policy interpretation, and risk management. She also spent four years as an Associate in the Irvine, California office of Grant Genovese & Baratta, LLP. Her greatest passion is helping employers and businesses succeed under the law.
Ms. Yim earned two Bachelor’s degrees, cum laude, in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law. While at Boston University, Ms. Yim was actively involved in the law school community, serving as an elected member of the Student Bar Association, as well as a mentor for incoming law students and as an active member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
