Melissa Brandman, Attorney

Melissa Brandman is an Attorney at Klatte, Budensiek & Young-Agriesti, LLP. She represents employers in all areas of employment law, including discrimination and harassment, workplace investigations, accommodating disabilities, leaves of absence, wage and hour issues, and employment policies and procedures.

Ms. Brandman brings a unique approach and innovative strategies to her legal counsel and practice. She has previously represented plaintiffs in employment law actions involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unlawful termination, and  wage and hour disputes. Ms. Brandman also has first and second-chair trial experience with cases involving employment discrimination and criminal law.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brandman worked at law firms located in Los Angeles and Orange County, obtaining valuable and varied litigation experience in matters involving breach of contract, real estate, and intellectual property disputes.

Ms. Brandman received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of California Los Angeles. Ms. Brandman is licensed to practice in California, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Ms. Brandman serves as an attorney-coach for the Orange County School of the Arts high school Mock Trial program. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and photography.
