Michelle Perciavalle serves as Senior Paralegal at Klatte, Budensiek & Young-Agriesti, LLP. The firm relies on Ms. Perciavalle’s efficient, experienced, and forward-thinking support to protect, preserve, and advance each client’s goals. As a paralegal, Ms. Perciavalle brings 25 years of experience in partnering with attorneys in all phases of legal representation. Mirroring the client-focused approach of the firm’s lawyers, she is committed to keeping clients out of litigation whenever possible to minimize costs and expenses while maximizing resourcefulness.

When matters go to court, Ms. Perciavalle is invaluable in helping the firm meet court and client deadlines and maintain compliance with California local and federal rules and procedures. She also plays a key role in document management and discovery in litigation matters, including major cases such as wage/hour class action defense.

Along with supporting the firm’s attorneys in employment litigation matters, Ms. Perciavalle uses her deep knowledge of best practices to supervise non-legal staff and train new hires. She also serves as a key computer and litigation support technology resource for the firm. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring all that California has to offer, from the beaches to the snow slopes, swimming, and yoga.
